Return and Refund Policy

At Zero Six Reveille Apparel, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our military-inspired apparel. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following return policy:


1. Return Window:

You may return any unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.


2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Contact our customer service team at [customer service email or phone number] to request a return authorization.

- Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.


- Attach the return shipping label to the package and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.


3. Refunds:

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item.


5. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including:


- Gift cards

- Items marked as final sale

- Customized or personalized products

-Unworn, unwashed, items.


6. Damaged or Defective Items:


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
